Ingredients
2 cans (3-4 cups) SCD legal coconut milk8-12 egg yolks
2 tsp vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean, grated (or whatever flavor you want)
1/2 tsp salt (this may be too much - salt to taste)
0-8 Tbsp honey, depending on how sweet you want it
Directions:
Warm the coconut milk, salt and honey in a saucepan over very low heat.
Whisk up the egg yolks and then whisk them into the coconut milk until thickened.
Chill the mixture and add vanilla or other flavor.
When it's cool, put it in your ice cream maker and freeze.
