White Frosting

Simple Vanilla Frosting:
3/4 C Spectrum organic shortening
3/4 C softened butter (not too soft, but not refrigerated)
1/2 C Honey (or more, to taste)
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Beat shortening and butter until smooth. Add honey and vanilla, beat until well mixed and creamy.Add more honey if desired for sweetness.
You will need to refrigerate the frosted cake or cupcakes, since this will be soft, especially in hot climates.
