How are we to avoid sin, avoid the lusts of the flesh, and obey God? 1. Think and meditate on the words of Jesus Christ. 2. Satan wants us to fail and tries to lure us away from God's Holy Word. 3. There are a few who have obeyed and avoided the temptations of Satan. 4. Reading the words of Jesus Christ is like having a light in the darkness. 5. A stone is something that cannot be easily dissolved or turned into dust. 6. A white stone is representative of a new life, new name, new body, new soul, and new beginning that is hidden and safe within God. 7. Your old life and body is dead to sin, and a new body is within the Spirit of God, because you maintain righteousness. 8. Your new life is now virtuous and pure, so keep it that way. 9. Don't fall back into old habits and wind up in worse condition than before. 10. A return to the old sinful nature is giving up the Kingdom of Heaven and all the blessings of God. 11. When you return to your sinful fleshly body, there will Satan and the demons be waiting for you to appear. 12. Jesus Christ has loved us, sacrificed, and spilled his own blood to wash us from our sins. So, let it not be in vain but be upright and dedicated Christians, not returning to our old nature.

43 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none.
44 Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.
45 Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.

5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,
6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
