Rainbow
Noah and the Ark
Time of thy Visitation
God is the same today as He was in the days of Noah, still hating evil and knowing that the wickedness of man is great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of the heart of man is continually only evil. Those who always flaunt their obominations and evils in the face of God, know that they are despised in the eyes of God. They even carry with them as a sign of pride, the symbol of the punishment that God sent upon a wicked earth, the rainbow that was given as an everlasting covenenat between God and every living creature on the earth. So, He vowed never again to destroy all of mankind and every living thing, but that does not mean God will not still destroy the evil among us. Every living thing will no more be destroyed at one time, but that does not mean evil will still run rampant for all generations. Every man may still and will surely have his visitation from God, to be given a chance of recovery and salvation or receive death and destruction as a reward for his wickedness.
Just because God has given us a rainbow as a covenant that He will not destroy all the evil from off the face of the earth at one time does not mean that every individual person shall not receive his own visitation and punishment. God still does not approve of or permit evil to continuously walk the earth unabated and without punishment.
Every man will still receive his just rewards and punishment for his wicked deeds and the evil that he does, regardless of the covenenant of the rainbow.
“Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? nay, they were not at all ashamed, neither could they blush: therefore shall they fall among them that fall: in the time of their visitation they shall be cast down, saith the LORD.”

“And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.”

5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.

9 And I, behold, I establish my covenant with you, and with your seed after you;
10 And with every living creature that is with you, of the fowl, of the cattle, and of every beast of the earth with you; from all that go out of the ark, to every beast of the earth.
11 And I will establish my covenant with you; neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth.
12 And God said, This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations:
13 I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.
14 And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud:
15 And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.
16 And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth.
