Well, start the list. What are all the things that God would put on the list? What things have you done or not done that would bring you into judgment and condemnation?
How slow are you to put the most important things on the list? It burns the very conscience that you have not loved enough, or loved the wrong things, and loved them too much. God knows the very deepest secrets of your heart. God knows that you have not loved Him with your whole heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, with all your mind, and that you have not loved your neighbor as yourself.
Since you don´t actually know God that well, let us start with your neighbor, your acquaintance, the person you might meet on the street, that lost soul that is in need of some sustenance and good will, or even your own worst enemy. Have you bound up the wounds of your enemy, given him food to insure his health and well being, forgiven the offenses, and tried to guide him along the pathway to a better understanding?
You can´t see God, and you don´t yet know all his commandments, nor have you learned all the words that His only begotten Son gave to the world to forgive and save the souls of them that would give up their sins willingly. There may not actually be a list of sins that you can write down now but a "to do" and a "to be" list that might be better at avoiding judgment.
When you judge yourself, you are actually changing your own behavior and correcting the wrong pathway that you have taken in life. Why not start today to be the person that you have found new in life, as God has refreshed your soul and brought light into your darkened heart that has now become more compliant to his will? Giving up your sins willingly means that they are no longer the burden that was keeping you away from the blessings of God. It is better to give up the darkness and to live in the light. The commandment of God is life everlasting and not death. Keep the words of Jesus Christ in your heart and you will always judge correctly.

46 I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.
47 And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.
48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.
49 For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak.
50 And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.
