The Killing of the Innocent Newborns During the Time of Jesus Christ

Matthew 2:16

“Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked of the wise men, was exceeding wroth, and sent forth, and slew all the children that were in Bethlehem, and in all the coasts thereof, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had diligently enquired of the wise men.”

So evil was that generation of King Herod, killing all the newborn infants, even from two years old and under. How many thousands of innocent lives were taken in those horrendous days, just in order to try and kill the newborn baby, Jesus Christ ? Was it that evil? Today, through the abomination of abortion in the U.S. alone this year, there have been 916, 695 murders of babies at the time of this posting. How murderous was King Herod? Not so bad as we look at today's statistics. Marxist Communist Democrats seem to be worse that King Herod, advocating that taxpayers fund all abortions, even up until and after the baby has been born, allowing severing of the spinal cord of an infant on the abortion table. Is this generation really that evil? Why not just pass a law in Congress that all children from two years old and under can be terminated at the will of their legal parents, guardians, or by state institutions?

It is a despicable comparison to insinuate that abortionists and their advocacy groups are worse than King Herod at the time of the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ. No, actually the abortionists and their advocates are worse than Adolf Hitler and the extermination of six million Jews. At least the abortion statistics are many times greater, according to the death tables. Statistically, there have been more humans killed from abortion that all wars put together.

What evil there is in this present generation! To take the life of an innocent child, who has never even had the chance to draw his first breath is horrendous. Why would anyone in their right mind want to vote for a person in the Democratic Party, knowing that the platform includes all phases of abortion, up until and after the third trimester of pregnancy? Just where do all Democratic Party Presidential candidates stand on abortion?

Well, it looks like they are almost all right there along with King Herod and agree that the right to kill innocent infants is a legal and justifiable excuse to slaughter 61,858,788 babies, just since 1973 and the legal loophole of Roe v. Wade. What does Jesus Christ say about the innocent little children, and what does the Bible say about those little ones who are victims of murder?

Leviticus 18:21

In the Old Testament, many of the people were idolaters, and they would sacrifice their children to the idol Molech. It was an idol made of metal, maybe iron or bronze, that was heated until it was red hot. The worshipers of this evil Baal god, would place their newborn children onto the red hot metal arms of Molech and burn their children alive. Isn't that exactly what abortion is, the sacrifice of the innocent children to the red hot knife of an abortionist, for the purpose of an idolatrous life? Many young mothers don't want to accept the responsibility of raising a child, don't want the public stigma of having a child out of wedlock, or either they don't want to give up their University studies or their party life by being pregnant with child. It is the same idolatrous lifestyle. You just submit to the red hot scalpel of an abortion doctor, who cuts the limbs from your baby and throws the remains like refuse into a dumpster. There is so little difference between those mothers and fathers who go through with abortion and the child sacrifice of the idolaters of Molech. At least the idolaters of the Old Testament times had nothing but ashes left from their babies. The abortionists even profit from the body parts of the babies they have murdered, some even birthed alive and then dismembered, saving the most lucrative organs from the newly aborted babies to sell to the highest bidder.

There are so many ways that are more sensible and benevolent than simply just murdering your own child. Think about it and rest assured that God will help any of those who choose life instead of death for their little baby. What would be better, another loving Christian family for your baby, or an offering to an idol like; inconvenience, public shame, school, career, or self pride?
