Whether you know it or not, God is constantly changing your future, weaving in and out of your decisions and changing solutions to your life. Have you ever noticed that things didn't go the way you first planned? Maybe you just count that up to bad luck or poor decision making. Yes, I'd say it's mostly the fault of your own poor decisions. I'm not targeting a crowd of people here, just the ones who are a little different from the rest, maybe you. Is your life taking on a few strange but noticeable differences lately? Are you seemingly living out a movie that tends to have left out a sequence of events, as if in one frame there was absolute daylight and then suddenly darkness of late afternoon. Maybe you woke up and suddenly it was daylight, a brightness of a new morning that you were not totally expecting. I've seen movies where characters seem out of place or not exactly fitting the scene that the director had first intended. Maybe your own life is being monitored constantly by God and things are suddenly not the way they once were. Of course it is, and it's normal and for a good thing. God is interfering in our lives on a constant basis, folding in one dimension for another, and replacing our bad decisions with good decisions, if we allow him into our hearts in order to change our lives for the better. Most times it goes unnoticed, but on occasion you can actually feel the presence of constant change that is actually not of your own making. Christianity is a phenomenon, a supernatural presence of God in all parts of our lives on a daily basis.
We need to start out all our days with a form of prayer that is paramount to giving God credit for all the goodness in our lives, a constant movement into the light, and a decisive advancement into higher dimensions. A simple formula for prayer is A.C.T.S.: Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, and Supplication. This is a remarkable way of communicating with God that should be always remembered and a part of daily life. Since Jesus Christ is a regular part of your life in ways that you are not even aware of, it is good to start out with Adoration.
Christians are no longer to be categorized into the same dimension as those of the unsaved, because our lives are constantly being interfered with by God, not by luck, or chance, or random decision making by our own fleshly bodies and mortal entanglements. Since God has given us the tools that the crowd doesn't normally use; like avoiding temptations, keeping his words with us at all times, and confiding in God through prayer, we are set aside and chosen as clean vessels of the Holy Spirit. Live life like you mean it. God does and constantly changes your dimensions of reality. You are no longer living in a one dimension world, where time and space are constrained by the normal laws of the Universe. God interjects himself into all decisions, all conflicts, and on all occasions. Live with it and accept the fact that your life no longer consists of one human in the midst of the talons of evil. God has set you apart and keeps his hand against evil on a daily basis. Death could take you at any moment, but evil cannot. Step out with abandon and trust in God. He enfolds many dimensions into your own and there is a peace that cannot be comprehended by anyone on the outside.
That bad decision that could have been made by you, doesn't happen. The drug induced coma that would have been normal, doesn't take place. The D.U.I. that would have gotten you thrown in jail, or brought up on charges for vehicular homicide did not take place. The rage that you once felt against some seemingly benign individual for an off-the-wall comment did not begin to inflict damage at your work place. The once favorite hangout at the bar, where there were constant fights, no longer presents a problem, because you avoid all those once familiar places. Your tendency to gamble with your life and the lives of others no longer presents a problem. Once you were irritable and bickering with your relatives, your friends, or your wife, but now a calm has taken over and Jesus Christ changes the dimensions of your life daily, weekly, monthly, and years in advance for your own benefit.
A celebration is in order and prayer is constant on your lips, praising God for sending his son to change your life and the lives of all that are around you. God has enfolded new dimensions into your life and is constantly making alternate ones to compensate for the old reality that no longer exists within you. Celebrate life in the Holy Spirit.
