Dear Sir,

We had booked ten parcels of Steel goods to Chiang Mai against above PWB on 14th October, 20...

We find from our past experience that goods have normally reached Chiang Mai in about a week to ten days time. Although it is more than five weeks now, the goods have not reached its destination as yet.

We request you to please look into the mater and see that the goods are delivered as early as possible.

Note: Usually the Parcel Clerk/Station Master will send a telegram at Railway's expense to locate the parcel. Where the parcel does not reach its destination within a reasonable time, you should put up your claim with the authorities concerned.
