Re: Shipment of 13 consignments to Far East

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter dated 1st June, 20.........

We are please to inform you that all your 13 consignments are now inside the dock, duly customs examined, and given ready for stuffing in the container.

Within a few days we shall release the B/Ls and rush the same through our Head Office from whom kindly arrange to collect.

As the steamer agent insists on receiving freight certificate per consignment in duplicate, you are requested to contact Mr. James and send us additional 13 copies of these certificates which have also been sent to our Head Office. Also please arrange to send us a bank draft for USA $2500 towards ship freight, insurance and our charges, by return of post.
