Dear Sir, I am directed to refer to your letter dated 16th November, 20.., on the subject mentioned above and to say that the form and nature of the contents of your magazine do not confirm to the provisions of Section 9(2) of the Singapore PUT Act and the rule made there under read and clause 132 of the P.O.
