Reminder for supplying short goods

Dear Sirs,

We wish to draw you kind attention to our letter

^{dated 6th December, 20.... informing you regarding short receipt of 23 copies and regret very much to say that we have not as yet received the same.}

In the absence of these copies, we have not been able to distribute the other copies to our students and commence classes.

We, therefore, request you once again to send these copies immediately. In case we do not receive the books within seven days, we shall be forced to recommend a book of another publisher and in that event, we shall not make any purchases in future.

Your goods will be returned only after receiving sufficient advance, as the college authorities do not provide any funds for an expense of this nature.
