Complaining about receipt of different goods

Dear Sirs,

We have released the documents from the bank and taken delivery of the goods.

On opening the boxes, we find that they do not tally with our order. And although the value of these consignments is much more than he amount paid by us, we would like to have these exchanged with our order.

An amount of US $50 spent for carting these goods may please be credited to our account.

While you arrange to supply of goods of our order, please let us know what you would like us to do with the present consignment as owing to limited space in our godown, we cannot hold these goods for a long time?
