We wish to inform you that regd. Packet No. 173 delivered to us this morning was received in a badly damaged condition. The outer wrappings were torn and mutilated and the inner contents were soiled.

It seems that the packet was tempered with by some one.

We are enclosing the original bill No. 109 dated 3rd February, 20 for US $500 received from our suppliers—M/s. Aneka P.T., Old City Road, Surabaya.

It is requested that our claim for US $50 may please be passed at an early date and amount remitted to us at our above address. Thanking you,
