Dear Sir,

One parcel of books weighing 46 Kgs was booked against above PWB/GR to Surabaya .

Our clients have not released the documents and there is none-else who can re/ease the parcel in our behalf at Surabaya . We have, therefore, no other choice except to call back the parcel.

We are enclosing the above PWB/GR and request you to please re-book the parcel to Jakarta . A forwarding note duly filled-in also enclosed.
