We wish to draw your attention to our letter dated 3rd April, 20....enclosing a statement of account as on 21-3-20 and our subsequent reminder dated 1st May, 20….,requesting for our pending payment of £300 for our bill Nos. 1123 and 1301 dated 11th March and 24th March for £2200 and £1100 respectively, and regret to say that we have not as yet received the payment.

May we request you once again to look into the matter immediately and favour us with a bank draft by return of post?
