Dear Sir,

We have made an agreement with M/s. Tomwell Publishers, Museum Street , London , for reprinting their seven titles in Malaysia . A copy of the agreement, dated 19th February, 20. , together with a copy of their letter of the same date are enclosed.

We have to remit a net royalty of US $7000 after paying 30 % income tax (a photocopy of this payment is enclosed) and hence we request you to please remit the necessary royalty.
