Dear Sir,

This is with further reference to the personal visit of our Public Relations Officer, Mr. Peter Kristen. on 23rd June, 20 to your office.

We are please to confirm the details as under:-

1-The charges of each post packet will be $10 subject to a minimum of $50.

2. Each rail and road parcel with a charged at $20 per parcel irrespective of its size and weight subject to a minimum of US $100,

3. Each ship and air parcel will be charged at $30 per parcel subject a minimum of $100.

4. All expenses of freight etc. will be paid at the time of delivery of goods while a monthly bill will be issued of 1st of every month for our services which be cleared before 5th of that month.

5. All your goods will be lifted within four hours from the receipt of information from your

end. If for any reasons are not booked or the released goods cannot be delivered

to you on the same day, they will be stored in our godown at our expense and will

be taken care of till the next working day.

We shall now look forward to hear from you.
