Note

1= After the IOU has been accepted by M/s. Faiz ur Rahman & Co., the bank will inform the drawee, i.e., M/s. Capital Forwarding Company about the due date of the Note. This is normally done on the printed form of the bank.

2= On release of the Promissory Note, the bank will forward its bank draft to M/s. Capital Forwarding Company together with a covering letter either on its printed form or on a separate sheet which may be handwritten or typed.

3= In case the Note is not released on its due date, the bank may either write to the party and seek further instructions or return the Note and recover their expenses.
