This is to bring to your information that we had parked our Honda Car No. SMD 1711 outside May

Fair Theatre on 13th My, 20..... at 9.20 p.m., when

We went to see the movie.

After the movie was over at 12.30 P.M... We observed that our car was missing. The colour of the car is light green and has a small dent on the front bumper.

Please register a complaint and issue us a copy of F.I.R.
