Dear Sir,

As I am getting on in years, I have decided to retire from business from 1st October, 2O…..

I have disposed off all my manufactured stock and raw materials to M/s. Young & Co. and am left with only three machines which I imported from West Germany , three years ago. All the three machines are in excellent condition and each machine has at least 25% more manufacturing capacity than any local Machine. Besides, the quality and finish of the manufactured product is par excellence.

I had originally purchased these machines for US $20000 and their present price is around US $60000 with lot of restriction on their imports.

I would suggest that you personally visit my factory and see the working of the machines.

I hope to sell these machines for anything ranging between US $30000 and US $50000.

I will always remember with feelings of pleasure the friendly relations we had for the last so many years and I sincerely with you a continued and increasing prosperity.
