Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

4 large potatoes

Bake at 375 for 1 hour 15 minutes

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 c. sour cream
1 T. milk {more if potato mixture is too thick}
1 T. butter
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
green onions, sliced {optional}

Cut potatoes in 1/2 lengthwise. Scoop out flesh. Add all ingredients, leaving some bacon, cheese and green onions for garnish. Mix well. Place back into skins and top with saved garnish. Bake at 375 for 15 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
