No-Bake Fudge Oatmeal Bars

1 c. margarine

1/2 c. brown sugar

3 c. quick oats

2 t. vanilla

1 c. chocolate chips {I used milk chocolate}

1/2 can Dulce de Leche

Melt margarine in a saucepan. Add brown sugar and vanilla. Once the sugar has melted in, add the oats and cook and stir for 3-4 minutes.

In a separate bowl, melt chocolate chips and Dulce de Leche in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Mix well.

Press 3/4 of the oatmeal mixture into the bottom of a well greased 9x9 pan. Pour fudge over oatmeal crust. Sprinkle remaining oatmeal mixture on top.

Place in the fridge for a few hours to set up. Bring to room temperature to cut and serve.
