Energy Bites

1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. coconut
1/4 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1 t. cinnamon
Optional add ins:
1/2 c. ground flax
1/3 c. raw sunflower seeds
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips {in place of the raisins}
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate 45 minutes. Roll into quarter-sized balls and keep in an airtight container in refrigerator.
