Homemade Chocolate Fudge

7 oz chocolate (about 3 large Hershey bars)

2 packages of milk chocolate chips

1 lb. bag of small marshmallows

1 bag (4 cups) chopped walnuts

4 1/2 c. sugar

1 can evaporated milk

1/2 c. butter

Break Hershey bars into small chunks. {Hint: zap the Hershey bars for a few seconds in the microwave to soften, but not melt them}

Place chocolate, marshmallows and walnuts in a large mixing bowl.

Grease a large cookie sheet.

In a heavy pan, combine sugar, evaporate milk and butter. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour over chocolate and mix well.

Pour mixture into cookie sheet.

Grease hands and spread fudge into pan.

Let cool and cut into squares.
