Cheesy Sausage and Pasta Skillet Dinner

1 T. olive oil

3 T. onion, chopped

1 package polish sausage, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 (14 oz) can fire roasted tomatoes

8 oz. pasta

2 c. water

2 t. chicken bouillon powder

1/2 c. milk

1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Heat oil in a skillet, add onions and sausage and cook until they start to brown.

Add garlic, tomatoes, water, chicken bouillon and milk. Stir in pasta. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and cook 10-12 minutes, covered, until the pasta is cooked.

Drain some of the remaining liquid, so that the pasta is not soupy.

Add cheese and stir until melted.
