12 frozen rolls, thawed

Roll out thinly.

Filling:

pepperoni

olives

1/2 c. pizza sauce

garlic, minced

dash of crushed red pepper flakes

1 c. mozzarella cheese

1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Combine ingredients and spoon evenly onto rolls. Moisten the edge of dough with water. Fold dough in half and press edges with a fork to seal.

Egg Wash:

1 egg

2 T. milk

Combine egg and milk and brush over the tops of the calzones. Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes.

Serve with warmed pizza sauce.
