Chicken Noodle Soup

2 c. carrots
2 c. celery
1 large onion {I used 1/2}
1 T. parsley
1 1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. marjarom
1 t. basil
1/4 t. sage
1 t. pepper to taste
Fill a pot with water and boil chicken until cooked through. Remove, cut up, and place back in broth. {Skip this step if using precooked chicken, but add some chicken bouillon for flavor} Add veggies and spices and cook until tender {about an hour} Add noodles and cook another 15-20 minutes.
Play around with the spices you like. I tend to add more than the recipe calls for with all the spices. Just taste it and adjust to your liking.
