Chicken and Broccoli over Rice Slow Cooker Recipe

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cheddar soup

1 can water + 1 t. chicken bouillon powder (or you can use a can of chicken broth)

1/2 t. cajun seasoning

1/4 t. garlic salt

7-8 chicken tenderloins (can be frozen)

1 c. sour cream

1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

6 c. steamed broccoli (boiled 6-7 minutes)

cooked rice (2 c. rice, 3 c. water in Instant Pot for 8 minutes on the rice setting)

Combine soups, water, bouillon and seasonings in slow cooker. Add chicken. Cook for 6 hours on low or 3 hours on high.

Shred chicken, add cheese and sour cream. Stir together and continue on low heat until cheese has melted. Meanwhile, cook broccoli and rice. Stir the broccoli into the chicken mixture and serve over rice.
