Philly Steak and Cheese Sandwich
Skirt steak or other thinly sliced steak, chopped into bite sized pieces
2 Tbsp oil
green pepper, chopped
mushrooms, sliced
provolone cheese
salt and pepper
deli rolls
Heat the oil in a skillet. Add chopped green peppers and steak. Heat over medium high heat until meat is cooked through and peppers are tender. Add mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Cook a few more minutes until mushrooms are cooked.
Slice deli rolls in half. Place a slice of cheese on one half of the bun. Place the open bun under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and the bun is toasted. Add meat filling and serve.
