Easy Key Lime Pie Recipe

Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust:

1 sleeve graham crackers, crushed

1/4 c. sugar

6 T. butter, melted

Filling:

2 (14 oz) cans sweetened condensed milk

1/2 c. sour cream

3/4 c. key lime juice

Topping:

Whipped cream

Lime zest

Directions

1. Crush crackers, mix in sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom and sides of a pie pan. You can use as is. OR for a crisper crust I like to bake it for 10 minutes at 350. Let cool before proceeding.

2. Mix condensed milk, sour cream and lime juice until smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Turn off oven and leave pie in oven for 30 minutes more. Chill several hours or overnight.

3. Top with whipped cream and lime zest.
