Macaroni Salad

2 c. cooked elbow macaroni {start with 3/4 c. to 1 c. uncooked noodles}

2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

1/4 c. chopped celery

1/4 c. chopped onion

1/4 c. mayonnaise

1/4 c. salad dressing

2 t. sugar

1 t. vinegar

1/2 t. salt

1/2 t. mustard

1 spoonful sweet relish

pepper to taste

Mix together all ingredients. Sometimes I add a can of tiny shrimp.
