Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

4-5 tilapia fillets

3 T. fresh lemon juice

salt and pepper

1/4 c. Ritz crackers, crushed

1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

1 T. Italian seasoning

1 t. garlic powder

Combine crackers, cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Dip fish in lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then coat with crumb mixture. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
