Roasted Vegetables

From the kitchen of my mom, Colleen
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 t. thyme
1/4 - 1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
3 c. cauliflowerets
2 c. broccoli florets
2 c. baby carrots
3 onions, quartered
Mix butter and spices; toss with veggies. Place in 9X13 pan, cover and bake at 300 for 3 hours; or 325 for 1 1/2 hours; or 400 for 25-30 minutes.
{I haven't made this yet, but will probably do a 1/2 a batch}
