Sports: Most Iconic Moments in NBA History

1. Wilt Chamberlain’s 100 Point Game

In 1962,  Wilt Chamberlain scored 100 points in his game against the New York Knicks. That night they played in the Hersheypark Arena.

2. Kobe Bryant 81 Point Game

In 2006 the legend, Kobe Bryant, made history by scoring 81 points in a game against the Toronto Raptors. The overall score was 122-104. Kobe Bryant is the second person in history to almost make another 100 point game after Wilt Chamberlain.

3. MJ’S Flu Game in the 1997 finals 

In 1997 Michael Jordan had caught the flu but he had a basketball game:

The Bulls vs the Utah Jazz. In that game alone - with the flu - he scored 38 points. In the first quarter he didn't score any points. Then, in the second quarter he scored 17 points. He was struggling in the third quarter and in the fourth quarter he scored 7 points in a 10-0 run and he made a 3 pointer in the final half minute which led the Bulls to win.

4. Ray Allen's 3 pointer 

In 2013, a game with the Miami Heat vs the San Antonio Spurs, Ray Allen hit a 3 pointer buzzer beater tying the game to 95-95.

5. Magic Johnson Baby Hook in 1997

In 1997 game four finals, the LA Lakers played against the Boston Celtics. 

With 7 seconds left, Magic Johnson took an inbound pass from Michel Cooper then dropped a junior junior skyhook that put the LA Lakers ahead for good.
