Dealing with Constant Side-Eyes and False Rumors:
If someone constantly side-eyes you and spreads false rumors behind your back, even though they won't confront you directly, there are a few things you can do. Firstly, if you don't want them spreading more rumors, keep it to yourself until something significant happens. However, if the situation really bothers you, it's essential to seek help from the Guidance Counselor or address the person directly.
Facing the Possibility of a Fight:
If someone wants to fight you for no reason or due to drama, it's crucial not to escalate the situation further. Unless it's already known by everyone, avoid telling others about it. Instead, go straight to the Guidance Counselor as soon as possible. Engaging in a physical fight is not something you want to involve yourself in.
Dealing with Ostracism from Your Friend Group:
If your friend group consistently excludes you from activities and makes you feel terrible about yourself, it's important to take action. It may be tough, but leaving that friend group as soon as possible is the best course of action. Remember, they are not your true friends. Even if it means being alone for a while, such as sitting alone at lunch or working solo on projects, it's better to protect yourself from getting hurt.
