The Netflix Fix

These are the CURRENT top 10’s of Netflix as of now which means some TV shows may eventually get less views and some with more. The top 10 are usually picked as shows that many people watch or have many high views On Netflix. If some people see this then they would most likely want to watch themselves because of the high views. 

For those who don’t know, Netflix is a multimedia streaming service that allows people to watch various TV shows and movies that recent, as well as old. Netflix also carries a huge variety of titles from high budget, and low budget productions. If a certain movie is made, Netflix will most likely put it on their channel eventually. 

Similar to this service are other programs such as Disney+  and Hulu. They get new shows every so often and those new shows usually make the top 10 which many people love. These different apps get exclusive rights to some movies or shows because they might be the production company who produced the work or they purchase the rights to the show or movie so that they can benefit from airing the shows on their individual apps. Families and individuals end up purchasing subscriptions for each of these services, with a hefty price tag at the end of every month. 

Netflix also has a feature called “Fast Laughs” which are just funny clips from TV shows or movies. This is probably competition for Youtube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. Sometimes our attention span is only a minute long and these “Fast Laughs” do the job. A lot of the time they’re from the top 10 shows but are also clips from other shows on their streaming service.
