Ramadan is a time of the month where Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset. Fasting is when you don’t eat or drink. At the end of Ramadan, a holiday called Eid, is celebrated. Eid is celebrated for the 30 days Muslims have fasted. Eid is celebrated with loved ones and others that you know of. Muslims fast on Ramadan to show discipline to Allah and generosity to others For example, during Ramadan people give out charity to others in need.
