The Showdown Between 890 Phoenix and 839 Raptors

On Thursday, April 27, 890 Phoenix had an exhilarating match with 839 Raptors. What a game. On this cloudy afternoon, 890 put their best effort into this game with their best players. The game was performed on the grassy field of Parade Grounds, field 8. Although we lost, the MS890 Phoenix soccer team pulled through and persevered. 

With encouraging voices from the crowd, 890 Phoenix player , Azimjon,  scored their first goal and continued to advance to the next few games. After all, it’s an open friendly game with other middle school soccer teams throughout Brooklyn.

Hopefully, the next game will be better for 890 Phoenix.
