Turning on and logging into Eftpos Machines

• SYSTEM OBJECTIVE: Eftpos machines are on, logged into and ready to go for the day before clients arrive. 

• ACCOUNTABILITY: Salon Coordinator and manager

• SYSTEM STANDARDS:

• No one is to share the eftpos password or safe password

• SYSTEM TRACKING: Salon Coordinator 

• STAFFING / SKILLS REQUIRED: Salon Coordinator 

• RESOURCES, EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES: Access to the safe

• INFORMATION:  

• The passwords to the eftpos machines and safe must NEVER be shared.

STEPS: 

• Collect the Eftpos Machines out of the safe using the code (0711#)

• Turn on both eftpos machines and slot them into their stations next to each computer

• Tap the three lines at the top left of the screens which will take you to a drop-down menu

• Tap 'Log in' and log in using the password (MsMonaco0711*) 

• Leave the eftpos machines there to be used for the rest of the day
