Hair salons contain electrical equipment for different uses. For example, salon needs, office needs and other uses around the business. 

Please provide user manuals for the equipment relevant to your salon and give staff access to these manuals. 

Below are some examples of the equipment used in our salon. 

Systems for collecting manuals:

Step 1: Unplug the equipment

Step 2: Write down the brand name

Step 3: Look for the serial number and write it down, or / and

Step 4: Locate the model number and write it down

Step 5: On your computer, Google the serial and /or the model number plus the brand and write “ user manual” or “ instructions” until you find the relevant information.

Step 6: Download the information

Step 7: Upload the instructions ( usually a PDF file ) into your Salon Hive account

Step 8: Ensure staff are aware that the instructions are now inside Salon Hive.

Step 9: Email all the staff the system and organize training
