SYSTEM OBJECTIVE: Staff members are able to transfer calls between salon phones if required

SYSTEM STANDARDS:
A reason we may need to transfer calls is in case the salon coordinator is in an office or walking around the salon but still needs to take the call.
Another reason we may need to transfer a call is if there are multiple calls coming through and another staff member is available to take one of the calls on the other phone

RESOURCES, EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES: The reception phone and the mobile salon phone
INFORMATION:
To call the chordless phone the number is 401. The main salon phone is 400.
STEPS:
If you are speaking to a client on the salon phone and need the call to be transferred to the mobile salon phone, politely let the client know that you will be transferring them through.
On the bottom left of the screen it will have a button saying 'Transfer'. Press that button
Type in '401' on the phone keypad
The same button that said 'transfer' on the screen will now say 'B Transfer'. Press that and the mobile salon phone will ring. Your call will be ended as the client will now be in contact with the other phone.
