Accessing the Wi-Fi Password

How to access and find the Wifi password 

• SYSTEM OBJECTIVE: The Wi-Fi password is accessible by all staff. 

• ACCOUNTABILITY: All Staff

• SYSTEM STANDARDS: 

• Only give access to clients of Ms Monaco

• Be able to access the code when needed

• SYSTEM TRACKING: Salon Coordinator

• STAFFING / SKILLS REQUIRED: All Ms Monaco staff

• RESOURCES, EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES: Computer, password for Wi-Fi website

• INFORMATION: 

• Ms Monaco offers free Wi-Fi to all of our guests. 

• The Wi-Fi password changes every 3 weeks so that it is only clients in the salon who can access it. 

STEPS: 

• Go to the Omada Controller website.

• Log into the Ms Monaco account using the Username: Ms Monaco Team Password: nrThEw483Cv (It is a case sensitive password)

• The website will take you to 'Dashboard' 

• On the top left-hand side of the screen, select the 'Vouchers' tab

• The 6-digit number under the bolded CODE will be the current Wi-Fi code (example: 188945)

• Let the guest who asked for it know what the code is for the Wi-Fi
