INFORMATION: Mirrors are one of the most important pieces of equipment in a hairdressing salon. Hairdressers use them to do their work, and clients have to sit in front of them, sometimes for hours. They need to be clean, especially at the eye level of a client.
It’s easy for a mirror to get dirty regularly, because products can splash onto the mirror, and, different sprays end up on them too.
There all different shapes and sizes of mirrors in salons, but they are all basically made of the same materials.
There are many different cleaning methods and techniques, cleaning agents and different things that can be used to wipe a mirror ( newspaper, rags, old salon towels etc )
This system show cases one way of doing it, but you can adapt your own style to get the job done. As long as they are clean and spotless, that’s all that matters.
When using chemicals to clean, always follow the manufacturer's instruction and follow the health and safety guide.
If using a ladder to clean high places, always follow the health and safety standards of your salon and the manufacturer's guide.
