How to create and edit System Videos

Capcut is the best video editing app I have found. It is a small subscription fee but is downloaded on the iPads. 

• ALWAYS FILM IN HORAZONTAL. 

• The videos will need to clearly state the steps that are written down on the website systems - essentially word for word. 

• Edit them using CapCut so they are consice and to the point for the website. 

Uploading the videos to YouTube:

• Email the video from your phone or the iPad to Team@msmonaco.com.au 

• Save the video to the computer files. [Aa Team Website / VIDEOS]

• Sign into YouTube under the team@msmonaco.com.au account and upload your video. 

• Select the file from the computer, give it a title and description if required, select 'made for kids', and then click the blue 'Next' button on the bottom right until you get to the 'Visibility' tab. 

• Click the option 'Unlisted' and then the blue 'Save' button at the bottom right. 

• Click the two rectangles on the right of the video link to copy it. 

Embedding (Uploading) the videos to the website: 

• Double click the page or subpage that you would like the video to appear in and click the two yellow arrows on the left (embed)

• Paste the previously copied link to the YouTube video you have uploaded

• Drag the video to scale and where you want it to appear on screen
