Laundry (Wet Towels/Gowns etc.)

SYSTEM OBJECTIVE: To keep the Salon clean by placing the wet and dirty laundry into their correct laundry bins

ACCOUNTABILITY: All staff

SYSTEM STANDARDS: 

Only dirty laundry goes into the laundry bins

Reuse any laundry that do not need to be washed

SYSTEM TRACKING: Salon coordinator / manager 

STAFFING / SKILLS REQUIRED: All staff

RESOURCES, EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES: Dirty laundry

INFORMATION: 

There are allocated bins for black laundry and different bins for white laundry (so the white doesn't discolour)

Keep white and dark dirty towels in their individual allocated bin so no sorting will have to occur later

Pick up any dirty towels that are lying around the salon and place them in the correct laundry bin
