INFORMATION: Clients come into a salon for services. They are paying us to do that work. We need to treat every single client that walks through the door like a family member. Always be friendly and warm towards clients. Do not judge a client by their looks, you never know who they may be.
STEPS:
Step 1:Stand up and acknowledge the client
Step 2:" Hello, How are you? "
Step 3:" Do you have an appointment today? "
Step 4:Mark them off in Shortcuts or make them an appointment.
Step 5: If they have an appointment: " Great come on through."
Step 6: " Can I take any bags for you or hang up your jacket? "
Step 7: Sit them down by pulling the chair out for them.
Step 8: Get magazines immediately
Step 9: Ask for a refreshment
Step 10: Inform the staff member doing the client
Step 11: Get everything ready for the job to be done, towels, cpc's, brushes etc.
Step 12: Give the client a client information card and Care Guarantee if necessary.
