12 years old
Goal: an Xbox 3D
Motivation: its fun and friends will want to hang out.
35 years old
Goal: get promoted at work.
Motivation: recognition, money, and the boat it can buy.
70 years old
Goal: go fishing with grandkids
Motivation: life fulfillment and understanding YOLO.
As people age, the feedback they respond to changes, therefore their motivation changes.
older workers respond to positive feedback on quality.
younger workers respond to feedback on how to improve.
