Wifi set up (Certain models):
Obtain IP address from printer
Input IP address in Safari browser in the ipad to access the website
No password/username just press enter
Set up the wifi in the wifi network settings by inputting the SSID name and password.
Epson Printers
Stuck as manual or showing 192.168.192.168:Â

Try putting it into port Lan 1
Try factory reset one time
Try replace the cableÂ
Guide the client to use EpsonNet Config. (Guide) (App Link)Â
Ensure to put the IP address in the same range as what is in the main cashier’s diagnostic IP address and not used by any other device. For example:
If Cashier diagnostic IP address is: 192.168.5.63 then we put 192.168.5.X
X = any number from 2-249 that is not used by other printers from Home > Devices.Â
Wifi Set Up:
Ensure client has the required epson wifi dongle
If Epson m20 models:
 use the Epson Net Config app, go to the Wifi section, and just input the SSID and Password > Transmit
If Epson M30 models:
Input IP address into Safari on main cashier, try epson as both username and password.
Go to the wifi settings, type in the SSID Name and Password, save.Â
