How to search for a client’s account:
Utilize the Search bar on the top center of the page. You may search via Account number or Email address.Â
Once searched you have multiple areas you can access the account:
You can access the Accounts area to display all accounts and filter by the account number or it helps if you are searching via email address to find all the account linked to it
Normally, if searching by account number it will likely appear here in the top center.
This area will list all the accounts related to the search criteria
Note: Mobile number right now may not be very useful in searching for client’s account.Â
How to find read a client’s account page on Salesforce:
You can find the client’s CS agent from here
You can scroll down and find the Collections Agent from here:Â
You can find the client’s pending invoice by heading over Related List Quick Link and click on View More.Â
Then click on Invoice to open the invoice page.Â
Once clicking on invoice you will find the following page:
Red flag = Account will be blocked 5 days after the invoice date The invoice is unpaid. The customer has not paid it yet.
Orange flag = The invoice is new and not yet due. The customer will not be blocked by it.
Green flag (Posted) = The invoice is paid. The customer has completed the payment
Green flag (Rebilled) = The invoice was canceled or replaced, and the customer did not pay it.
Once clicked on an invoice you will presented with the following:
1. Total amount of the invoice
2. Details on what the invoice contains
3. You may click on this area to access the PDF of the invoice to download to share with the client.
If you scroll down further you will find the following:
This is when the invoice was sent to the client via email
This is when the client opened the invoice from the email (Yes! we can track when they opened and looked at the invoice)
This is the status of the invoice if was posted (sent to client) or Overdue or Paid
