Client or a third-party request a meeting with the integration team.
Support Agent should ask the requester to introduce himself:
If the requester is a client or a third-party building an integration for a Foodics client. The Support Agent should follow the personal integrations procedure.
If the requester is a third-party (Foodics Partner): Support Agent should mention the partner’s/company/application’s name in an internal note, then assign to the integration’s unit/member.
The meeting resulting request will be validated if the request was not doable we will inform the meeting requester in a max of 2 working days.
